Common questions
How do I connect Gmail?
Open your profile (tap your initials or logo at the top right), choose Connect Gmail, and approve the Google prompt.
How do I reply by voice?
On an email, hold the big Reply button, talk, and let go. Your words are cleaned up into a draft you can edit before sending.
The transcriber keeps misspelling a name.
Settings → Speech notes. Add the name; the app will spell it correctly from then on. Hold the mic next to it and say it once to make it exact.
How do I stop seeing a sender, or see them first?
Tap the sender’s name to open their profile, then use the row of switches: See first, Notify, Auto-draft, Categorize.
How do I delete my data?
Email hello@useperfect.com from the address on your account and ask; everything is removed within 30 days. You can also revoke the app’s Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
